Château Gassier vines are cultivated along minimal intervention principles.
History : The Gassier family has worked the vineyards for five generations, having chosen the village of Puyloubier because of its outstanding situation and land.

Chateau Gassier's 40 hectares (100 acres) of wind and sun stroked vines flourish at the foot of mount Sainte-Victoire at a few kilometres from Aix en Provence.
Wines produced here are of incredible quality and hugely elegant.
It's a magic place which has inspired a number of artists including the famous Paul Cézanne; it's also the cradle of the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire AOC appellation.
Which is why the fame of this "magic mountain" has spread out far beyond its boundaries.
